Our Process
The most superior wheat is sourced from M.P, Maharashtra, U.P and Rajasthan which goes through a series of lab tests for assessing the Gluten content, Moisture content, Sedimentation Value, Hectoliter Weight, Ash etc. The wheat goes through a comprehensive three stage cleaning process which is then mixed in our unique blend and conditioned for about 36 hours. The cleaned wheat is thereafter taken to the Milling Section with the help of pneumatic lifts where it is ground, sieved and graded into different flours. The entire process is repeated multiple times and each time passes through a series of magnets and sieves which helps maintain consistency and assured quality. The finished goods are tested in the lab at different stages of the process before being packed and dispatched.

Storage

Conditioning
Wheat undergoes tempering to add moisture, improve bran solidity, and tenderize the endosperm

Accurate weighing & sealing of flour in HDPE bags using automated machines.
