Chakki Aata/ Whole Wheat Flour

The Wheat is stone ground by finely milling the endosperm and bran together, hence the name Whole Wheat Flour. The concept is same as grinding wheat in traditional Indian Chakkis but the process is pneumatically controlled and fully automated with high-speed motors, sifters and flow controllers to maintain the wholesome goodness of the Atta and maintaining consistency.
